Once we’ve received your item(s) we will refund within 2-4 working days.

Custom orders (yes, we can do custom orders – we can make dresses and tops shorter or longer, we can also mix-match colors sometimes) will not be exchanged and can not be returned.
We are not responsible for damaged packages due to the poor handling of the parcel by the shipping companies we work with.
